Additional Comments:
Copper.net has a crazy policy, of which you'll be suprised to see! I've been a customer with them for over two years, using the same usage each month, except in May. I tried a number of times to download Microsoft's Windows update, a very critical update at that! Guess what? It never got downloaded! Needless to say, the issues started there!
I even tried to do the download at 1:00 AM in the morning thinking that they may have had a lot of users, so that that their system would be slow. That wasn't it! The morons cut me off because I exceeded their "200hr" a month maximum. No notification or warnings at all!
I called "tech support", spoke with Ben who said I was suspended because I exceeded their 200 hours monthly quota.
Anyway, I said good riddins to Copper.net. I will be letting you all know what I choose in the next weeks or so.
What's the worst that can happen? With copper's disconnects and low connect speeds, it's can't get any worse, can it?
