This is the worst ISP I've ever dealt with.
I installed this on my son's computer in April, 05, and it messed up my son's computer big time. He started having all sorts of error messages.
I was service mgr and isp mgr for a local computer company, so knew where these errors came from and what they meant. They were so imbedded in the computer that I had to reformat the hard drive and reinstall software to clean it up. He lost some valuable files and programs due to this crappy service.
I called in April to cancel my service that was supposed to be $9.95, but they were charging me $14.95 for a service that couldn't be used. Instead of cancelling my service, they dropped the charge and continued billing me the $9.95. Here it is September, I just received my credit card bill and there's netzero for $9.95 once again.
I just got off the phone with them, supposedly they have cancelled the service again. I had asked for a refund, and when I reminded him of the refund I wanted, he hung up on me. I will be contacting the BBB about these folks and looking into how a class action suit can be levied against them. I'm also reporting them to my credit card company for fraud.
