I guess the price is good, so I'll give them that.
Crons:
Where oh where do I start?
1. Too slow, even their "so fast that you'll believe it's broadband" nonsense!
2. Causes system crashes at times
3. No live phone support, damn computer
4. spamming in the email box now, FROM netzslow and you cannot block them, no sirebob!

I have used aol, people pc, & netzero and netzero is far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a company.
Everything you have heard bad about them its true. They won't let me cancel, they over bill and don't credit back!! They hang up on you and give you empty promises. i thought i was canceled after weeks dealing with them, and now come to find out they are billing me again!! i have not used them in 3 months, and canceled before that! you can't get in touch with them either. Don't be a fool they are more headaches than their worth.
