Pros:
Effective, every effective.

Relatively cheap and was easy to install. I tried the free trial first.

Crons:
Support is done via email, but at INTELLIPLANS, they helped me with remote support with an issue I had as it conflicted with Norton updates. Yeah, updates from norton couldn't be removed completely! Arrrrgh.

Additional Comments:
I had norton antivirus, but switched because it didn't help me solve my computer problems. Norton kept saying my system was clean, yet it was running really slow.

I downloaded a trial version of Quick Heal and did a scan. It found 14 spyware! I was like what???

I called up Norton, but told I have to pay for support! Fine! I then emailed them. They said I shouldn't have gotten those spyware, but then I told them I have the results from Quick Heal.

After going in circles with Norton, I decided to leave those incompetent people.

I am using Quick Heal now for the past 2 years and nothing has happen to my computer since then. I would recommend Quick Heal to anyone and have done so for all my friends and families.
