Pros:
If there was any, I would have written one.

Crons:
1. cheap looking website
2. followed by cheap and crappy service
3. emails with tons of spam
4. connections keep dropping
5. don't believe their "high" speed lie!
6. access speeds are 14K at best 23K

Additional Comments:
get a real ISP, hvaccess is the worst.
