Additional Comments:
I never had a problem logging in or getting connected right away and have used it as a back up before.
Even though I have cable now to my computer that can go down so I still this as a backup. However the free part of it only includes 10 hours of online time. If you want more you have to pay for it.
I spend way more hours than that on the net in a week. But as a back-up until cable was up and running or your regular isp I would recommend it.
Average speed of ISP connection. I did not use technical support.
