I'm truly amazed at this ISP. 550Access has to be one of the most affordable ISP's out there. Not to mention the speed/ping times are on par with my old dial-up provider, Earthlink just less then 1/4 of the cost. I should mention that you're limited to to 150 hours per month, but who uses that anyway? For $2.50ish more per month you can get 300 hours if you need it. I never had to deal with customer support so I don't know how it is. I do know that you're setup instantly once you enter your credit card information, a definite plus! No setup fees, and $0.99 for the first month. You can't beat it! This is a must buy! Ty
