Crons:
550access has never fixed any of my problems other than my password not working at times. There is no proactive support as they advertise and I see no difference in the web accelerator for which I par. There is no on-line support as they advertise and any phone support costs you. To top it all, at normal work hours, it is almost impossible to sign on... it take several attempts. Access only get good after 09:00 pm. I am looking for a new internet provider.
Additional Comments:
Tech support for was non existent during the time we were customers. Some replies we finally got were so off the wall I wonder why the person could work in a tech support capacity. After two months and not getting my 2nd email account to work at all, we decided to change services.
