None I can think of except for the price. But in the long run, in my case, the short run, it cost me more time and money to get rid of these idiots!

This is the worst ISP I've ever dealt with!
I installed this on my son's computer last month, October 2005 and it messed up his computer big time.
He started having all sorts of error messages. Having a computer repair & service business, I had one of my technicians look at these errors and was told to get rid of NetZero as it's a piece of crap. I trust my technicians because they fix hundreds of computers in a month, most of them infested with AOL also!
Net Zero mess up my son's computer so badly, that we had to reformat the hard drive and reinstall all the softwares, luckily, this computer was brand new.
Unfortunately, my son did lose some valuable files and programs due to this crappy service.
Needless to say, I called to cancel my NetZero service, which by the way, was supposed to be $9.95, but they charged me $14.95!
To make matters worse, they didn't cancel my service, instead, they now have charged me $9.95!!!
To add more insult to injury, the bastard customer service hung up the phone on me while I was asking him for my refund.
I've already report this to my credit card company and will be filing a report to the BBB. Crooks like these should not be let off the hook so easily.
