Pros:
Pros: Free is the only benefit.
Crons:
Cons: Telemarketers, busy signals, have to pay for support, and watch out for that too!
Additional Comments:
I signed up my mom for the free 10 hour a month plan. That should have been the red flag right there, FREE? NOTHING is free unless you've been as stupid as me to fall for it. :(
It's been over two weeks, she cannot connect, not even once. I even got a trial from MSN (too high priced for me), but I was able to connect, so it wasn't my line or modem.
Every attempt from Juno has resulted in a busy signal, using 8 of their local access numbers between the hoursof 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM!
Now, since nothing is free, except for giving my mom's information to telemarketers, she is now being called a dozen times a day! Thank you Juno for phone SPAMMING my mom!
Of course, Juno is no better NetZero, as both of them use the same software, same access numbers.
Conclusion? Both Juno and NetZero sucks! Don't fall for their "free" nothing.
